MOMocrats.com was launched in September 2007 as a national collaborative blog for progressive mom bloggers to write about politics from a mom's perspective. The MOMocrats MOMochat podcast has been produced weekly since 2010 and is hosted by Donna Schwartz Mills along with Karoli and Aliza Worthington from CrooksAndLiars.com. The podcast is part of the Demcast family of podcasts.

This was the week our election craziness went into overdrive: A Trump rally became the site of an assassination attempt (that tragically killed a spectator). The Republicans held their National Convention in Milwaukee, with all the spectacle and weirdness that goes along with that. And the pundit class continued what appears to be a coordinated campaign to push President Joe Biden out of his nomination - with help from Democratic Party donors and elected officials. MOMocrats Karoli, Aliza Worthington, and Donna Schwartz Mills discuss. Also: the best political ad we've seen in a long time, from North Dakota Senate candidate Katrina Christiansen (who is currently polling ahead of her Republican opponent.)
